National Community Leadership Institute

The National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) was first established in 1964. Its key purpose is leadership training, aimed at instilling in leaders a sense of national identity and a spirit of dedicated service to a multi racial community. NACLI is also part of the People’s Association.

Service Offerings:

• PA Staff

NACLI provides a systematic and progressive approach in equipping staff with the necessary skills and capabilities to support the PA's mission.

• Community / Grassroots Leaders

NACLI provides grassroots training through a Community Leadership Development Framework, to equip grassroots leaders with practical knowledge and competencies to carry out their roles in the community effectively.

• Student Leaders

NACLI offers leadership programmes to our young student leaders to develop their leadership skills and guide them in learning and working as a team.

• External Organisations

NACLI offers niche, customised programmes and special leadership workshops to external organisations as part of its leadership and community outreach efforts.
